30 seconds is damn long. Go hit a bag fast and hard for 30 seconds. I don’t think I can make it 30 seconds.
I think I read somewhere the average fight lasts about 15 seconds. I might could make that....assuming adrenaline was helping me.

Alright. You called me out. Only way I’d make 30 seconds is if I had a 20 second break thrown in. Used to hit the bags some and you’re right, it’s not easy to go any length of time.
