Actually ... everyone wants Bob Caslen with the exception of a very small very liberal progressive SJW faction made up mostly of third wave feminists and soy boy cucks.

What is being called a silent majority of students and professors contacted McMaster’s office and asked him to force a vote out of embarrassment for what went down at the Russell House.

Every single member of the BoTs agreed that a vote should be held tomorrow, Friday.

Representatives from 14 different fraternities and sororities sent emails requesting a vote be held.

A huge number of alumni reached out and insisted that a vote be taken to both the BoTs and McMaster’s office ... including some really big financial donors.

Bob Caslen is one of the finest men to walk the face of this earth. He’s a well respected decorated General and one helluvan administrator. His credentials are impeccable. He is a family man. He is also a proven fund raiser, an accomplished speaker and he has one helluvan eye for hiring.

Everything he touches turns to gold.

Yet we’re supposed to let a bunch of little snot nosed activists and a few entitled GAs and associate professors and professors dictate as to whom this university is allowed to hire as their next President? Not only that but they are demanding a woman be hired regardless of experience or qualifications?

lulz .... yeah, frick that.

Pastides’ arse was forced to resign because he was trying to turn this university into another bastion of far left wing radical liberal progressive hypocrisy rather than focusing on what he promised .... raising money and gaining AAU accreditation. He shite all over prospective in state students while welcoming with open arms out of state students with leftist backgrounds while placing them on scholarships and or offering them greatly reduced tuition often times less than in state kids were paying.

It’s past time to right this ship and get it back on track.

If Caslen is voted down then let the board deal with the fallout. He is by far the most qualified candidate that has applied for the job. It’s not even close.

And here’s the crazy thing. I’ve met him twice through a couple of good West Point friends of mine, one of which’s daughter just graduated from here. Another which will be a freshman here this coming semester. Bob is not a GOP guy. If anything he might be Libertarian but he leans lefter than most of us military guys. Bottom line is that he hates politics and is more into simply getting things done and building relationships.

It is absolutely telling that you libtards insist on making this a political hire when the man has not a single political bone in his body and refuses to be dragged into the political fray with the bullshite.

Grow up.

I'm editing this because I don't want to go down that road with you.

However, I do disagree. I think some of the other finalists had really appropriate and excellent qualifications for the job and would have done a good job.

Considering a trustee filed the motion with the judge to stop the meeting, I guess you were incorrect with at least this one point.
