It wasn't a big invoice. $700 or so but its just the point. My system keeps telling me its late and it needs to be paid. They seen to have a bucket load of excuses but I have just decided that I will start calling them every single day till I get paid



My customers are on EFT. I draft their account on the due date. Still doesn't wipe out bad debt........EFT's bounce too.

That would be so much better than what we do but people in the fishing business would never go for it. Too many like to float payments and unfortunately, it is the norm and has been done that way for too many years
