Actual jersey, with light average factored in:
(83,148,209)
Powder blue: (176, 223, 229) = (+93, +75, +20) = +190 diff.
Baby blue: (137, 207, 240) = (+54, +59, +31) = +144 diff.
Carolina blue: (87, 160, 211) = (+4, +12, +2) = +18 diff.
Based on my findings, they're closest to Carolina blue.
