. . . so who does it hurt more?

A team that's lights out already at current spot or the team that's struggling to make good as it is?

It hurts teams that don't shoot 3s as much. Teams like Auburn who shoot a lot it doesn't really hurt because we shoot enough that we'll still get into a rhythm, a little bit if extra space won't make a huge difference. We weren't exactly taking a lot of our 3s from right against the line anyway, we were already shooting most of them from distance or further.

Teams who don't space the floor well / shoot at all 5 positions on offense

Teams who play a significant amount of zone defense
