I know the difference between the two. At this point I’m sure Wade’s actions were nefarious. However, I doubt it will be found that Wade himself made payments to these athletes. In fact the whole corruption trial was about third parties being paid to influence the kids to go to certain schools and shoe contracts. The NCAA was satisfied after interviewing Smart that he didn’t directly receive money from LSU. What is believed is that his handlers received money to steer him to LSU. So you tell me, what’s the difference? Additionally, do you really believe that Alabama being mentioned at the trial has no validity and that It’s running a clean program?

See, you say you know the difference between the 2, but then you keep posting and you show that you don't know the difference between the 2.

1 of the things being talked about is bringing kids to your school. You are getting recruits because you are paying them to come to your school.

The other is where agents are trying to buy influence with future NFL players so that those players will hopefully sign with them when they leave college. It's unwanted by schools, and the schools do everything they can to prevent it from happening. Saban is on record bitching about shady agents, not on record talking about strong arse offers he made to get recruits.

It's the complete opposite and you don't seem to get it.
