What is wrong with the OL? Is it talent, not strong, footwork, cohesion, etc?
I watched y’all play Miss St, UW, and Bama. I mean those front sevens had multiple draft picks. Then I watched you play Purdue. Of course, Holts is used to getting punished in bowl games.

To me it looks like we dont have a lot of talent except for our LT, and he is a converted DL who has never played OL until his redshirt freshman year. He has potential to play in the NFL, but the other guys are mid-low 3* guys, talent-wise. I know someone on here will "correct" me and say Kim and Braums (C) were 4* guys but they arent 4* talent. Harrell at G shows some ability but he's not quick enough and Horton, the other G, is terrible. Our OL coach is an old school guy that has difficulty recruiting and connecting with the young bucks. Go figure. I hope I'm wrong and we come on strong. I'll eat crow all day, but I dont see it happening. And if you think we're bad on the OL this year, wait till every single one of these guys is gone next year. It is frightening to gaze into the black hole of no-talent stiffs behind these guys. We need 3 straight years of solid OL recruiting to fix this mess and I dont believe Gus will survive long enough.
