Mark Mitchell, a five-star small forward out of Mission (Kan.) Bishop Miege, updated 247Sports on where his recruitment is at and said seven programs are making him a priority -- Arkansas, Kansas, Kansas State, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma State and UCLA.

"It’s been pretty good," he said of how his recruiting process is going. "I’ve just been talking to everybody and seeing what they have to offer. Just hearing out different programs."

The 6-foot-8 and 185-pound forward, who is currently the No. 14 overall prospect in the 2022 247Sports Composite Rankings, broke down his thoughts and what he has been hearing from each program.

Arkansas: "Just how they developed their program. They have a new staff there with coach [Eric] Musselman so I just have been trying to get to know those guys. They’ve been harping on how they can help develop players with the guys they’ve had like Earl Boykins, just the new recruiting class they have there too so they should be good for the next couple of years and then guys like me can come in and help that program. They’re kind of new in what they’re doing so I’m just trying to see where they’re going. I think they’re going in the right direction with the guys like Moses Moody and that class coming in this year."
