State has the biggest fanbase of any school in the Memphis area, believe it or not.
Edit - I mean that all the kids in this area are going to State now instead of Ole Miss. MSU grads are everywhere now.

eh, Ole Miss has a bigger Memphis fan base IMO. There are a lot of new Alabama "fans" as well. Memphis is a giant melting pot of SEC west fan bases and there are still plenty of Tiger high fans.

Really? When I was in high school it was the exact opposite. Only people I knew who went to State were the wanna-be rednecks in Collierville
I graduated with 100 people and our sister schools each had around 50. I wanna say 30+ went to Ole Miss. The next closest school was UT with probably around 15. I don't think anyone in my class went to State.This post was edited on 4/12/19 at 11:04 am
