Not a cool weather locale within that group.
Which is kinda interesting.
I think I’d rather train in Laramie, WY than in just about any state along the Gulf Coast!
Eta: I guess you could make a case for Palo Alto and Eugene as “cooler.”

Still much better training in the Southeast than dealing with snow and ice in the North
