Here’s a problem with your scenario, the refs. Go watch the film, not only are they in position, but they literally watched the entire thing. They watched what you claim could have been a foul and didn’t call it. They watched the double dribble and didn’t call it. That leads to the frustration with what they did call. The frustration is in the complete lack of consistency where on one hand the refs were content to let the final seconds play itself out by ignoring blatant calls and calling a ticky tack foul on a last second shot.

All of that being said, give credit where it’s due. The man hit 3 free throws to win and we missed 1 that put us in that situation

He collides with a shooter in the air and made his right leg hit his left leg. It was a foul. Deal with it. Not calling it would have been awful.
