That’s not even remotely true.

Here is the attendance problem.

1. The protest. Conservatives LOVE to boycott and there is nothing conservatives hate more than black people protesting. That’s going to take a long time to recover from that. It did huge damage to the university and we are still feeling the effects.

2. The South EZ renovation reduced capacity. Thus the games that will sell out or close are contributing less to the average.

3. Attendance is trending down nationwide. Far from the only ones having this issue.

4. Mizzou fans suck. Easily the weakest fanbase in the SEC (Vandy doesn’t count)

All that being said, the team was in a major rebuild during this time also. A potential 10 win team and finishing the South EZ construction will have attendance rising again this year
