Call me crazy but Bruce Pearl is "only" paid about $2.5 million a year. His buyout is $1 million or less unless I'm wrong?
Didn't Auburn back up the Brinks truck to keep ol' Gus? Will they do the same to keep Pearl?

I still think Bruce Pearl is gonna end up in trouble with the law. The guy is an idiot. Doesn't matter how good his team is playing right now, Auburn is playing with fire by keeping that guy on.

I've always liked Pearl. Dude can flat-out coach and is fully immersed with his teams. He cares about winning.
