I don't think most people realize he was an assistant at Texas Tech for 10 years. They just know that he was at UALR and think if he went there why wouldn't he come here.

I dont seem to remember him as a candidate when Pel got canned so when were we supposed to drop everything for Beard? People never think about the timing of these things
