Several LSU fans have had the same opinion because they're saying that a pissed off Wade makes a bad witness for the defense. The wire tap conversations weren't allowed by the judge in the first trial. I'm not educated enough in how all of that works to speak on why it would be admissible evidence in this case or not with this judge.

The defense attorney, when asked how many coaches he wanted to subpoena said, "as many as I can get on the stand".....How many have had wiretaps leaked? How many have been placed on suspension by their school?

Will Wade would not make a good witness for the defense, he'd definitely be a hostile witness.

I think the defense leaked this shite to Yahoo to test the waters and see how the public perception would be accepted and to see how far the schools would go to cover their asses "if" their HC's were caught in a conversation. Too bad the defense used Wade to chum the waters.

This is why I'm still holding on to a glimmer of hope that Wade will be able to stay at LSU. There are supposedly 4000 hours of recording and only about 5 minutes on Wade have been released. Supposedly according to an investigator that's all they have of Will Wade and IF that's the case I would imagine that they only released the absolute worst parts of it to Yahoo. IF there are dozens of other schools and coaches on there then what will the NCAA going to do? Are they going to put everyone on probation? Are they going to vacate everyone's wins? It's gonna be interesting and it's just getting started.
