I am not an expert on ol' OatzNhoes, but it sounds like a good hire + fits with what I'd want from a hire

- Smart coach (smart enough to use analytics)
- Fun/exciting brand
- Players show development
- Still has that drive/energy to build something
- Someone the fan base will likely buy into early


I mentioned I think it is a better hire than Thad Matta (given his baggage / lack of drive to get back into coaching)

I only really play Rocket League and get my arse kicked in Fortnite. I'm slammed at work though for the foreseeable future so not sure if you'll see me on much for awhile
