Before Saturday night then tonight,I felt Tenn was an elite team and could beat LSU by 6-8 points. However now I am convinced LSU is just too physical and too many athletes.With a packed house I see another performance by Tenn.similar to how they played against Kentucky. LSU will win by 8-10 points.

VOLS will be fine. Most encouraged I’ve been in several weeks. People were blowing this team when they beat Arkansas 106-87 but they finally played D tonight.
Offense is way too good to slump very long.
This was reminiscent of the Georgia Tech game. I believe I posted yesterday I would rather win 48-45 tonight than 95-75.

Not just Waters. I didn’t realize that y’all struggled so badly with defending drives down the lane. That is like 50% of our possessions and Smart can do it just as well.

Alexander is the only real concern. We could be following a similar path as last year. Blown out @ BAMA, come home and play very poorly and barely beat a bad South Carolina team. Shoot poorly and lose at UGA then win out.
I think this team goes 16-2 in league play. Loss either Saturday or @Auburn.

Alexander being such a pussy doesn’t bode well vs an LSU squad that will just throw bodies at him down low.
I am almost at the point of wanting Fulkerson to get the nod over him. Would also like to entertain the idea of Pons starting over Turner again but obv. Not in combination with Fulk

People overreact way too much in this league. The football mentality takes over where one loss or one bad game defines a season. Season is 5 months long. You’re not going to play well every night. This team is 24-2 and a projected 1 seed. We are the second most efficient offense in the country and played awful on that end and won by 12 tonight. Make a few jump shots and guard like we did tonight and not many people are beating us.
