I don’t think a person whose username is based off of the guy pictured below has much clue about college town culture (second pic is when he was arrested for aggravated assault on a female):





There are probably not enough titty bars, pawn shops or check-cashing joints in any college town except for Baton Rouge to satisfy your cultural leanings.
