that's what big boy blue blood programs with a shite ton of money do, while broke mother fkers "borrow money" from their academics that they never pay back, rob their satellite schools of funding, mooch of the University of Texas' public utility fund, hire 75m dollar rape enabling washed out coaches, grow their enrollment into a diploma mill that they can't afford and beg the tax payers to bail them out, so that they can "keep up with the sips"
