Actually, a lot of fouls called on him are ticky tack fouls. I think I heard Andy Kennedy say the other night that someone should protest with the league offices and refs about the fouls called on Silva.

You could call a foul on him every time he touches the ball or tries to prevent an opposing player from gaining post position.
