this team might be pretty good next year.

Tilmon is really coming into his own. Pinson has really surprised me. Pickett is just steady eddy. Watson flashes at times. Think he can really grow. Smith is a great shooter. Much needed injection of athleticism coming from McKinney and Jackson. Add in an extremely efficient guard like Dru Smith...we are going to have some pieces next year.

If we can add somebody that will give us 25 minutes of quality play at the 4 then we might make a huge jump next year.

We do need someone at the four in a very bad way.

I think I read that Mizzou couldn’t take a grad transfer for this season.

Well that sucks.

And yes, Jontay is exactly what we need

We should be able to add a transfer. We are losing two seniors- Jordan Giest and Puryear. Plus Christian Guess transfered out so that leaves one open since we have Jackson and McKinney only for next years recruiting class.

I believe, if we are unable to add a grad transfer it would be an apr issue. Not that we don’t have the spots.

It would be a pretty stupid move if we lost the chance at a grad transfer because we took a flyer on Guess

Pretty sure Ka$h is the reason Mizzou couldn’t take a grad transfer. No one specifically says Ka$h is the reason, but it’s been hinted.

Guess wasn’t added until September, so wouldn’t be the reason Mizzou didn’t take a grad transfer.

Explain it to me then. I thought the only restrictions were if your APR wasn’t high enough and he wouldn’t have anything to do with that.

Kash probably didn’t finish his second semester. Same thing happened with Shamburger.
