In the testing portion, Grimes clocked a 4.69 40, 4.29 shuttle, 32-ince vertical and 39-foot power ball toss. That effort equated to a 109.11 Football Rating and was among the top 25 scores at the event.

“Grimes has really blown up physically over the last year, he tested really well and with a 4.69 40 he can kill you with speed,” 247Sports Director of Scouting Barton Simmons said of his performance. “He will need to continue to improve instinctively and develop a counter to his speed, but the Alabama legacy is a rare athlete.”
