Exactly, the Rooney family!

It has passed from the creating owner down the line to successive generations

From Webster....

dynasty noun
dy·?nas·?ty | \ 'di-n?-ste also -?nas-te , especially British 'di-n?-ste\
plural dynasties
Definition of dynasty
1 : a succession of rulers of the same line of descent (see DESCENT sense 1a)
ex. a dynasty that ruled China for nearly 300 years
2 : a powerful group or family that maintains its position for a considerable time
ex. born into a powerful political dynasty
ex. a baseball dynasty
(While Webster's lists a baseball dynasty clearly someone like the NY Yankees would fit this broader scope as other baseball teams would not)

If there have been 114 Series played winning a few years straight would imply a good run, not a dynasty. Dynasty should be reserved for the best of the best over time and show they can weather a single coach, player, or owner.

27 of 114 = 23.68%

As Saint Louis has won 11 in 7 different decades with different owners, players, and coaches they should qualify as well

The Patriots were not founded until 1960 so are not as old as core NFL teams
1960-1969 = Decade One = 0 Super Bowl wins as Boston Patriots
1970-1979 = Decade Two = 0 Super Bowl wins as New England Patriots
1980-1989 = Decade Three = 0 Super Bowl wins
1990-1999 = Decade Four = 0 Super Bowl wins
2000-2009 = Decade Five = 3 Super Bowl wins with Kraft + Brady + Belichick
2010-2018 = Decade Six = 3 Super Bowl wins with Kraft + Brady + Belichick

Note all 6 wins are with the same owner, coach, and player
No succession so no dynasty, just a very good run of wins.
