I would be very careful if I were A&M with over-expanding. It's going to look pathetic when 1/4 of your stadium is empty for a lot of games. While other stadiums are actually going to down-size their stadiums. It's just the nature of our current landscape.
And really, what has A&M done to really want to expand that much? Is there really that much demand for tickets there?

Over 60,000 students. We make sure our student section is big enough that if you want a seat, you'll get one. Plenty of donors who also want seats. Thanks for your concern. We will be okay though.

There's a waiting list now for season tickets.
While we average about 97k, we have at least 3 games a year that go over 102k. That's a lot of $$$ to leave on the table.

finally made a trip to Pappy's a couple months ago on a business trip. Won't say it sucked because it was pretty good, but it was overrated from what I was told to expect. Just my opinion of course. Thought the pork was good but their brisket was not. Sides were ok. Only liked one of their sauces and it wasn't their signature sauce. Overall, not bad but not close to the best BBQ I've had.
Seeing Soccertaco and tomato head in Knoxville on that list is funny to me as well. Chandlers, however, is fricking legit.
