It's one thing to not offer a kid that doesn't look like he'll be a great prospect at the time, nobody else big was offering the Curry brothers either.
But to be the only P5 offer for an instate 2* and still lose out to Murray State, that really highlights a lack of recruiting skill.

You would think after the Steph debacle, he would say “maybe I should recruit Seth”
