I'd rather see him successful, which probably isn't going to happen at Texas. Texas and A&M both have been rightfully accused of wasting talent before. I don't blame any kid that leaves for that reason. None of them actually really improve while on campus.

I feel comfortable with Fisher being able to actually develop what he has. Something A&M hasn't had

Fisher has been horrible for WRs.

One of the reasons I don't think Demas sticks.

Florida St had a lot of 5 star WRs turn bust.

But...I'll let you believe your narrative.

What's funny about this statement is saying he probably wouldn't be successful at Texas due to past issues of wasting talent... then turning around and saying you're confident that Jimbo will actually develop players going forward.

You realize Texas has a new coaching staff as well, correct?

Whoever said that his statement was a product of what he was being told by Urban Meyer hit the nail on the head. Yes, Texas has had that issue in the past but those coaches aren't at Texas anymore either.

Collin Johnson and Lil'Jordan Humphrey are proof enough that it shouldn't be an issue going forward. Having a stable quarterback room now helps as well.
