I imagine the Arlington is similar to the Crescent or Basin Park in Eureka Springs. Without some crazy renovations, which I'm not sure are even feasible due to the cost, the rooms are always going to be cramped and outdated. It's basically putting lipstick on a pig, because the design of the hotels are just from a different era when people expected different things. You'd have to rip out interior walls and almost recreate the rooms and bathrooms to update them.

Agreed, I'd say top 3 easily, if not #1.
