I live in Hot Springs and am very familiar with the Arlington. They keep the lobby area and dining places pretty nice, but the infrastructure needs a lot of work. I've been all over that place.

I hope someone comes along that puts the money into fixing things. With Oaklawn preparing to build a casino, it could turn into something great. It would be sad to see it torn down.

Be a good move for oaklawn to buy the Arlington and put some casino money into fixing it up

The problem with the Arlington, is that you cant fix it without the city's historical society stonewalling every step of the way.
