He a tremendous coach. Has developed some elite DLs with much less talent than he had to work with at Miami and Alabama. But like others have alluded, it may not have been a great fit for other reasons.

People tried to tell me he was an upgrade over Dunbar, still not convinced.

Dunbar wasn't a recruiter, but Kool hasn't had a impact either.

He's the secondary recruiter to his position, and gets Stoutland-esque softballs like Jackson Bratton that no one could frick up.

Dunbar at least left for a VERY regarded DL job under one of his mentors with the Steelers.
