lol I'd rather understand the reason behind something than yell into the ether that I demand it be fixed

No, you're giving everyone an out by making excuses. The "reason" for the problem shouldn't take an entire season to figure out.

Or it's the thing a guy at home says about a football team that he has no control over. All I want is results since I have no say so in the solution.
