We were Nielsen family members from 2011 through 2014 - when we cut the cord. Nielsen explained to me that as such our partnership would be terminated as they didn't count streaming.
If they have since incorporated streaming I'd be interested to know when as I am certain 2014 wasn't included.

You are correct. Nielsen began counting streaming from Hulu Live and Google's YouTube TV in July of 2017
