Not true. Nielsen does now count streaming through Hulu Live and YouTube TV.

We were Nielsen family members from 2011 through 2014 - when we cut the cord. Nielsen explained to me that as such our partnership would be terminated as they didn't count streaming.
If they have since incorporated streaming I'd be interested to know when as I am certain 2014 wasn't included.
