Are LSU fans actually convincing themselves that Clemson’s win helped them?

Y’all seriously gotta calm down. I get that y’all are excited and all, and I would be too if I was in y’all shoes, but y’all still need a coach and a QB before y’all are ready to compete for the West again.

Not only did Bama getting embarrassed help LSU, it helped all of college football.
Now the rest of the country doesn't have to hear the constant sucking off of Bama during the offseason. Instead we get to hear how Bama had the worst loss in championship game history

No one likes Bama but gumps b/c most of their fanbase is unbearable. Add in an unlikable coach, the cheating, the under-handed recruiting, the unpunished felonies, the machine, the made-up national titles, the enhanced and brainwashed players, etc. It makes Bama very unlikable.

It is an open question.
It’s clear that Bama has been top dog with this aura of almost invincibility around it and the media constantly sucking them off. Last night everyone watched them get a shocking and thorough arse whooping. It was like Rocky IV when Rocky was able to hurt and cut the Russian. The mystique was blown apart.
Who knows if the game is a blip in a continued run or a sea change. But I think it helps not just LSU and not just the SEC but all of college football.

The thought of LSU‘s last game resulting in dominating victory, and Bama being losing, dominated, quitting little bitches, will make me smile during the long offseason.

LSU fans have legit helped me feel better. Last night was pitiful, but at least we are not that pitiful
