Studies have shown your undergrad choice usually exceeds your grad school choice for team loyalty. Not saying he did not represent his boss at Arkansas but not sure you can say he had no pulls from his youth either.
CUM bolted UF with that job already in place and he returned to his roots. Would not surprise me if he finishes his working career there in an office job.
Saban is a winner and Bama job is his best fit.
