Looking at this picture of the Blitz Brothers....I can't believe anyone ever asked people to play football on concrete with a little green fuzz on top.

Maybe that's why the shoulder pads were so big back then.

I remember playing on it for the first time when they put it in Alamo Stadium in the mid 80's, we wore basketball high tops and didn't have any skin left on our elbows by the end of the game, it sucked.
