I agree with almost everything you wrote, except the very last part. I think this program has the capability to do just that. Perhaps I am wrong, but top 25 CONSISTENTLY at least.

The funny thing is me and boared went round and round in this thread yet I find out on his last post we actually believe the same thing 
if he makes sweet 16 in either of the next 2 years hes good in my book. If he misses sweet 16 in next 2 years he should go.
