It's contextual. Why aren't they executing? Is it because someone is hogging the ball? Is it because the entire offense is stagnant? Are the shots just not dropping? Are they even running any offense? You're trying to act as if blame can only be assigned in a one-dimensional manner. If the team as a whole looks disorganized and confused, then you have to look at the coach. When it's the fault of a player it's a bit more obvious. Courtney Fortson or when Barford would get into Hero Ball mode are great examples. That's not something you can blame a coach for. This argument is pointless because you're doing nothing but bringing up blanket statements without full context when I know most people that voice opinions on Mike usually provide a reason, I know I do.
