I’m going to preface this by saying I wasn’t there or know any circumstances but if it’s as innocuous as the statement
All this is, is a girl being a fricking bitch. It has nothing to do with protection. And this comes from someone who has nieces sisters moms and a girlfriend

I read the deposition, and yes the guy went out of his way to the point where it was annoying, stalkerish, and weird. Girl led him on some as well, but i have no idea how it led to his dismissal and probabtion in a sexual harassment case on campus. Where is the leadership? I can see if he forced his way on her and she couldn't protect herself, but that is not the case. Unbelievable to be honest.
