We really need the firepower, though. I think the difference between 3 and 4 stars is their development time. We're going to be down two CBs after this year for sure and after our current backups we're going to need some great players who A. don't mind waiting and B. are still pretty good. (At least at that position.)

I don't care about stars if our positions are already filled out -- Mullen can fricking turn a 2* Quarterback into a starter for the NFL. Furthermore, I think he's got the right idea, but the problem as I've said over and over again is:

Time.

People want results too quickly now, and even with the results of last year they'll point out embarrassing losses to Kentucky and Missouri along with hated Georgia. He has to go 2 - 1 against them this year and keep recruiting monsters.

Winning solves a lot of things and I am of the belief we will win enough to be in the SECCG. Recruits are going to notice and want to play for Mullen.

We loaded up the OL and we have a need for another safety, LB, RB, WR and especially DT or a DE who can gain weight to move inside. Class of 2021 should be special.
