This isn’t the 1970s. There are great restaurant choices throughout the South - in almost any town in the footprint. Too many to mention.
If, however, you are ranking food quality overall:
1A- Charleston
1B- New Orleans
2. - ATL
Also, don’t forget Miami, although many will argue it’s not in SEC country

Geographically it is but culturally it’s not - despite that chick with the fake southern accent on CSI.

It's not.
But I think Miami trumps all 3 in terms of food.
But yea, not "SEC country"
