That’s why when you go to a restaurant they don’t have BFE style food (Alabama), they have Cajun/creole.
Does Alabama even have a style of cooking, or is it all just a variation of the items offered at Ryan’s buffet?

Haven't had a lot of places in Alabama and I'm not saying it's a high end place, but if you're near Huntsville, you need to try The Hunt Club. I've had some great burgers and they have Snake Handler on tap.
