Hard to say. Looking at the history of our series with Bama, what I can say is that it has never gone like all the motor-mouth "experts" expected it to do.

In the early Stoops era, we were the Bama of the college football world and Bama was down. We played them home and home and were the heavy favorites to win both and it wasn't supposed to be much of a game. That's not what happened in either game.

In the Sugar Bowl, we were 15.5 underdogs and expected to be routed easily by a 2 time national championship winning team. That's now what happened there either. What that tells me is that the underdog in this series never plays like an underdog, on either team.
