He is more than willing to sit in the pocket, go through his progressions and make the throw. The four biggest things that make him successful:

1) He almost never makes the wrong read
2) He processes information unbelievably quick.
3) He is agile enough to move around the pocket while keeping his eyes down field.
4) His release is instantaneous. Once he makes a decision, the ball is out.

A deadly combination.
