This would be a tough hit as far as recruiting, but you can't blame a guy for wanting to move up in his career.

Stephen F. Austin isn't a real powerhouse in college football, even at the FCS level. But that might be a selling point in its favor for someone like Traylor.
He will likely get plenty of time to turn around the team and any improvement is going to be noticed because he's doing it at a school that has not had a ton of success. Its also in the middle of his recruiting area so he should be able to get pretty decent FCS level recruits there.
