But you care enough to spread that information and condemn him for something you "think" he did.

Did he beat her or not? I just assumed everything was out that he did.

Put yourself in his shoes. You life is ruined over a recruit. You didn't beat your ex but she says he did. Yet he still has his kids etc... Maybe you should not be so quick to condemn him without knowing the facts.

So is he taking her to court? suing her?
I'm an average fan on a message board. I'm going to comment what I think/have heard via the internet.
If stuff comes out that he didn't, then he didn't and I'll apologize for condemning him.

But why was he fired then?

IMhO, "optics" mostly. You had the domestic violence charges and then there was a DUI thrown in.

I'm just an average fan, too. I don't think anyone knows the truth outside Smith and his exwife.

Her story is he beat her. His story is she went nuts on him, slapping him, screaming, etc.

If I recall correctly, he said the only time he touched her was to move her out of the way so he could remove himself from the situation, ie leave. I think both his family and her mother confirmed his side, more or less.

Zach "Slapper Smith" is simply auditioning for a gig in pro wrestling.

If that doesn't work, he might find a McDonald's somewhere in Alaska that will hire him.

To my knowledge not. Therefore, I don't jump to conclusions.

They just got out of court. They all agreed, including her and the court, there was no threat of violence.

He paid a $150 fine.

Which is a problem in our society.

Just like all of the students who raised their hands in a "NAZI" salute in Wisconsin. Not a school event... Not on school grounds, but they are ruining 40 peoples lives over it and they don't even KNOW if that's what they were doing and it's not illegal!

Sure.. and that will get what part of his life back?

What if we start on you and make up things... You lose your job and in a few years we will ALL apologize.

See my point.
