C'mon man. You're being disingenuous. There's not a single person who has watched both of them play (from an unbiased) perspective this season that would say Kenyan Drake has been better.

I get the eye test. Assuming the person watching is knowledgeable, there's nothing wrong with it. And I honestly have no idea which of the two is a better back in the NFL -- I watch much more CFB than NFL. But, in the end, the results are all that matter. If on RB looks better than the other but both get similar numbers, then nobody cares who looks better. I'll take ugly just as soon as I'll take pretty so long as the results are similar.

Edit: obviously, context matters too, i.e. o-lines and QBs and play-calling. But that's a much larger conversation.

Drake: 114 total touches
Chubb: 100 total touches

Drake: 610 total yards (rushing and receiving)
Chubb: 627 total yards

So yeah, if you just look at total yards, it looks similar, but Drake is doing it with literally an additional 14% of a sample size and trending down while Chubb is trending up after taking over the starting job.

And that's independent of OL/QB/Play Calling etc... Chubb's doing it for the Browns...

PS: Totally random, but looking at Drake's total yards per touch for each of the last three seasons and it's identical all three years down to 2 decimal places at 5.35... That's fricking weird.

Meanwhile, Chubb sitting at 6.3 yards per touch...
