Why is he hesitant? He's already in school. He'd be shooting for a walkon spot at first. Wouldn't affect the Hoover kid at all.

He doesn't think he has a shot to begin with and then if he did, he may be hesitant to compete and possibly beat out the kid from Hoover. I've told him several times before, that even if he never dressed or kicked, but was out there. It would lead to some of the best memories and connections for later in his future.
