Is this why the Supreme Court nixed tort reform off the ballot?

This bitch is crazy.

Arkansas has a Supreme Court Justice that is literally suing to suppress free speech.

She should never see the bench again

She does remind me of the extremely wealthy Bentonville housewives driving around town all day texting at stop lights and stop signs and holding up traffic flow of the commoners.

Then getting pissy when you honk at them.

Goodsen is nuts, that's why they have elections.

The Tort reform issue on the ballot though was an atrocious law. It was basically three different amendments in one, all that had their own issues.

I think that this suit, just like the the one filed before the Spring nonpartisan judicial general election, was more about publicity and a pushback against the dark money infused in the race than it was about being pursued because she really thought she was going to prevail on the merits.
