What's Alabama's Salary Cap for Players?

I'm gonna guess it's higher than everyone else's. Which isn't fair.
Just sayin.
Also, what do we need to do to rectify this situation? Why should we be forced to compete with a team that is able to spend so much more money than everyone else on players.
I mean, the word I'm hearing is that Hurts wants to leave Bama, but Saban won't let him because of the contract he signed. He would have to pay a bunch of money back to the local car dealers and strip club owners.
