They are gonna finish no worse than 9-3 and most likely will finish at 10-2. Win the bowl and 11-2 looks good in O's second year. Some nice wins in there and ran the offense without an elite 5 star running back. Have a lot returning next year and should bring in a great freshman class plus get Chaisson back. If I were a tiger fan I would be ok with those results and would expect even more next year. Coach Orgeron has dominated expectations from this team. Nobody expected a potential 11 win season.

I don't know your angle with this post, but I agree with most of it. Don't know what will happen a week from today, but there's no shame in losing to Bama. It's just a shame we didn't do better for the past 7 years when y'all didn't have such an elite QB.

Bama has been very very good and always hard to beat, but you and I both know that with a legit coach at LSU (not Miles, in other words), this thing wouldn't be so lopsided lately.
Coming out of the 2004-2008 timeframe, LSU should have been toe to toe with Bama all the way through today, but Miles prevented that.

Around here, most of us are pretty much over it. And happily surprised that O's strengths, so far, are proving enough to overcome his weaknesses and make us competitive.
